I've been upping my water the last few weeks. I use an app on my phone called Plant Nanny. It's cute and keeps me motivated to watch my plant grow. I love the notification, it says "You and your plant can use some water" Too cute.

I'm here for you. I'm on a similar journey but I started with a higher weight then you. Before the holidays I was down 80lbs. I'm up 25lbs. I'm not happy that I went back to my old ways but starting today I'm back on track. Friend me and we can help motivate and support each other.

That is awesome. That is the way I started getting more active. Just walking around the store. I started at 394lbs. In the last 16 months I've lost between 70-80lbs. Sometimes I fall off the wagon and gain 5 - 10 lbs than lose it again. Would like to be friends. We can help support each other.

Maybe you should see a physical therapist. They can customize exercises to your medical needs. They have professional training. I have a lot of back issues and that is what I did. I either pop my own light popcorn at home and sneak it in with a bottle of water. Sometimes I buy me a kid pack and buy the rest the family the large popcorn and soda. I use the calories for AMC theater.

After I started this post I joined the local YMCA. As a family we swim 3 times a week. I take a water Zumba class and water aerobics. When I can't swim I walk the treadmill or exercise bike. Thanks everyone for your help.

I totally agree. The ranch flavor is good too. I also like to use it in my egg salad instead of mayo. Turns it green but tastes yummy. I really would like to try those brownies.
