The first week is a lot of water weight so maybe next week will be 1-2 lbs. Don't give up stay encouraged.

Hey hey awesome thread my hubby brought home olive garden breadsticks and I went crazy with them and then realized oh PMS. Go figure! So i was stressing but now I will relax and start tomorrow like it never happened. Good advice people.

Try using Mrs. Dash it comes in a lot of flavors and is salt free. Use more spices and you can try Spike the one with the blue top is salt free. I crave salt so I know what you mean however its so bad for our hearts. I'm slowing down but I still go over my sodium intake a lot. Good Luck.:flowerforyou:
