Way to go!!! I, also, moved out of the "obese" catagory this week! 28 lbs to go before I'm out of the "overweight" one!! It's exciting stuff!

I did w2d1 last night and I as well modified more when I felt my form wasn't right. I can feel more in my arms and calves then I did last week. Tonight is TBC and honestly that is my least favorite one so far!

3/29/2014 Week 1 of T25 is complete! I lost 1.4 lbs and the following inches: Hips= -0.5 Waist= -2 Chest= -0.5 Arms= -0.5 Thighs= -1 I am so proud of myself for toughing it out and sticking with it! Looking forward to week 2!
