Becareful how u post that I wrote the same thong and a group or people came to my home and chase me with a knife...well it worked I lost 37 lbs....so add me as a friend and we will be over to motivate you...

I've used some in the past that was over 18 months past...I've never heard of any problems....of course I did grow a third ear on the back of my head....

Hang in there I went almost 10 day of nothing till it started to come off...set small goal...use the strenght of others to help you..look for postive support don't ponder on negitive and stick with it...

I had a knee replacement few years back...it's tough I gain wieght also till I was able t get to the gym..only answer I have for you is watch what you eat (I ate lot of chicken) and do upper body and the good leg

thats how it started for me..get .knee brace and hit lots leg nothing heavy...build up muscle around knee...late 40's had knee replacement. but all I did before that helped
