stretching is the issue lots of it will help or get rid of it....when I was younger in school and the start of track season we all had that problem

Being in a distance relationship is tough a best....keeping the love and romance going has to have two special people with the same goal...developing friendships on line can be very rewarding you find out so much about them because you have to exspress your most inter thoughts in words.... some workout being just good…

well I know some college kids that are in sports where they go to school and they do 3 a day...myself I try and get two a day a couple times a week...watch you calorie intake....of course I'm not a real good one to talk about eating right

I can't really say a whole lot...they seem to be better then like the treadmills and other cardio equipment...but one need to put effort into there workout... I'm losing weight so its working for me

I'm going to leave my start photo up on my profile I look at it couple times a day to remind me what I use to look like...it helps me get off my butt to hit the gym and watch what I eat
