Never heard of this. Super intrigued. Hope you find your fellow fruitarians!

Thanks for this post! TrailBlazzin...you so need to come back. Already miss you!

Way to stop the weight gain before it got out of hand. You've i.d.ed the issues and now have began an action plan. Good luck! You will do this :-)

Try Protein Fusion :) . Low sugar. Maybe it fits your criteria.

Such an amazing post. Thank you for sharing! You are an inspiration.

No, I did not. Phentermine worked for me but B12 triggered some sort of horrible reaction out of me. I didn't lose anything and I put on another 15-20lbs very quickly. I have one friend that b12 worked for her. She lost 15 and has kept it off for 5 years and counting.

Yes. You can always modify the workout. They have different intensity levels and you can pick how you perform the exercises. For example, half of the time you are on the treadmill. You can walk, jog, or run. If you are a walker, they have different ways to train you while walking. It's a great workout and it's fun and…

Yankee here! Moved to NC though.

I have these aches when I eat too much carbs or sugar. That may not be your problem, but it could be possibility. Have you tried upping your water? Maybe to help flush your system a bit. If you are walking a lot of hills, maybe try walking on more flat ground.

@nvmomketo oh yea I totally get that! I cringe every single time someone posts about juicing, clean eating, low carb, or sugar addictions. Only because I know it's gonna be a battle.

Perfect

Definitely a nice thread

Good post OP
-
Nice!
-
Yes! Also OP idk how it happens, but yes, at times when I've lost, I definitely didn't feel any smaller or notice any positive difference. All you can do is keep going.
-
Lol agreed!! I'm pretty bad.
-
You look amazing
-
You are a smart, patient woman. Major kudos. o:)

I dont know. Not even sure if this study has been done. I will say that people that are addicted to gambling or sex or food, the baby doesn't show signs of addiction to gambling or sex or food.

Lmao!! :D

I think because those that find sugar addictive, it's not just hunger. Even stuffed, they will still seek sugar. It's not helping one survive. In fact the insane amounts of sugar they are eating can cause many problems detrimental to their health, yet they still eat sugar like it's going out of style. They aren't satisfied…

For sure B)

@nvmomketo is the reason you don't like when people say carbs are evil because they don't clarify that it's a problem for them-not everyone? Because in posts I say carbs are the devil, then go on to say but that's not the case for many or most people. That seems harmless. Or is that still what bothers you? If so, can you…
-
Yes I understand that this is not everyone's experience with carbs. So I don't tell people they have to watch their carbs if they don't have issues with them. And I understand that carbs are not real living things and don't really possess characteristics such as being evil. However, I don't think it's a big deal to say…
-
Sounds like a plan!
-
I'm guilty. I definitely see carbs as evil after all the problems they have caused me. I can't help but feel that way. :| I do recognize carbs aren't that way for many though. But tell me, what's so wrong with thinking carbs are evil if they cause lots of problems for you?

@Ang108 and @TrailBlazzinMN very well said.
-
Lol! It is. I knew we could do it
-
Fine! Don't compare them. I can dig it. :) It sounds far fetched. Especially if you've not experienced it. Lol if I give you this round then it's a draw!

@mccindy72 similar to, yes I do think so. That's not saying it's the same. The aches from cutting back on the sugar were intense. It's very uncomfortable and painful to say the least. That was MY experience and it's some other people's experience when they cut back. I had to see the doctor once a week. And the dietician…
