I have never been a yolk eater...I do on rare occasion eat scrambled and on a holiday eat deviled egg, but the texture of yolk gts my gag reflex going

Yes snacking at night...I grew up watching my mom do this for years.... needles to say she is diabetic now but doing great with her meals and workouts.. I worked out with her tonight...
