  • Both are really good. I personally like Insanity, I feel like I get a really great cardio workout every single time I do it. I know a lot of people that do P90X though and get great results. I really don't think you can go wrong with getting either of them.

  • I hear ya girl. It is spandex like material, so it does stretch. If you could deal with it being a bit tight until it fits better.   • I have the FT7 and love love love it. The FT4 comes with the chest strap and comes with user replaceable. The chest strap is pretty big too, mine is up to 50 in. and I can't find the FT4 size but i am gonna guess they are the same as they both are Polar.
