Green tea is magic in speeding up your metabolism. Brew and drink a cup an hour or so before the gym, and a couple more cups through the day. But then again green tea is my answer to everything. Hahaha.

The same thing happened to me when I gave up soda a month ago. I was grouchy, and had headaches a lot and got tired often. If you feel drained of energy, try drinking green tea with honey (or without. your choice) and I found that also got rid of the headaches. Be sure to drink a lot of water too.

Green tea has been working wonders for me. I drink a cup before I go to work, and it also keeps me energized for those long server shifts. And I also have a cup after dinner. That and getting rid of all soda and most juices. I drink just water and green tea and I've started to tell a bit of a difference c:
