I love the 14 oz. GNC Total Lean (premixed not powder) ~ 170 cal, 6g fat, 25g protein, 6g carbs and a ton of other great vitamins/nutrients. These are perfect for when I'm running late in the morning or need a quick snack to fill me up. Strawberry is my favorite.

Been a few days since I posted, but I've been sticking with it. I've decided to stay at Level 1 for an extra week so I can get through the whole thing without stopping! :-) But, I'm definitely improving and thats the whole point right?! Almost forgot...finished day 9 today and have lost a total of 5 inches! Woohoo!

Still have 126 to go...tired of the yo-yo, diet plans, and gimmicks so this time I'm focusing on slow and steady. I'd love the shared support so anyone can feel free to add me. :-)
