Me too!!!.....I'm thinking of getting the Polar one with the bluetooth that will integrate with the Cardio Trainer application on my phone. Anyone ever use that particular monitor?

According to my trainer..... Only 10 - 20 % of your weight loss will come from doing cardio. Strength training is a must, however he also said that there's no need to do strength training until you hurt for 2 days. Do it in moderation.
