Make sure there are no weapons in your house. Good luck!

Workouts start on page 130

Wear your butt sweat like a badge of honor!

How wonderful! Now you can begin your new life! Congratulations!
-
You look healthy happy, fit and YOUNGER! I'm sure there were many times when you wanted to give up but didn't. It's SO worth it, isn't it? Congratulations!
-
Thank you honey. You are awesome!

27? Dude, you are only 27. I'm 55. I have done this more times than I can count. Have I felt like giving up? Yes. In the end I put my backbone where my wishbone was, dug in, and just did it. You have your whole life in front of you. Do you really want to be my age saying the same thing? It is entirely possible for you to…

I try to remember to 'put my weight on my heels.'

Sometimes I'll send them a message before I decline, but I don't hesitate to decline if it doesn't feel right.
-
That's why I do both.

Those who do no cardio and focus only on weight loss without strengthening their cardiovascular systems are foolish indeed.

I'm a runner who didn't start running until I was 53. Loathed it. Take your run outside. I love running now, but will do just about anything to avoid running on the treadmill.

I did a 6K on March 2 by myself. No big deal. My husband and I have raced together, but it's not really together because he's so much better than I am. He takes off and I'm by myself anyway. I don't run with other people that much and most of my goals are PR based, so I'm really racing against myself. That race I did by…

You're already there and can only get better. You don't necessarily have to run the whole thing.

There really is no right or wrong. I run better on an empty stomach. Sometimes I'll eat more if I know I'll be running the next day. You just have to experiment a bit and see what's right for you. And yes, it does help to get enough sleep. Sleep is just as important as any other factor.

Oh, I forgot. I was fitted with custom insoles also. $50 off the rack, but well worth the investment. So far they've lasted a year.

Yes, Runnersworld.com is my go-to resource for anything running. Sounds like you did things the right way when you started running. I had a different injury when I began running, but getting my gait analyzed and new shoes at a running specialty store made all the difference in the world. I overpronated terribly and wasn't…

Too much processed and fast food. Your sodium is sky high, plus you are over every day. Cut out fast food and processed food, plus weigh everything you eat and track it. Reducing sodium alone should result in a loss.

It depends on your build. I'm 5'1" and 55 years old and have weighed from 113-174. Right now I weigh 129. I'm happy where I am, but probably could lose a couple more pounds. I'm getting to the point where if I lose any more I start looking older, which I don't want. When you're as short as we are 5 pounds makes a huge…

I'm 5'1" and at 130 am 5 pounds from goal. My highest ever weight was 174. I went from a couch potato to being a runner.

I'm 55. I made my 'reinvention' at age 53 and since that time (with some bumps along the road) I've lost about 40 pounds and am now 5 pounds from my goal. I have never been this fit, nor have I felt better my entire life. That's what is truly important. However, to address your jelly belly question, running is what did it…

So don't eat 1200 calories. Eat 1500 calories. I weigh 131 and can still lose weight eating 1425. Plus I'm not miserable. I would rather lose 1 pound a week instead of two and enjoy life. It's probably healthier that way anyway.

I'm in! Lol

Start out slow, see how it feels, and increase your speed as you go along. Wear clothes you've worn before that you are comfortable in. Don't try a new outfit. Most importantly, have fun!

Skinny peppermint mocha. Yum yum!

Haha! Written with truth and humor. Congratulations on your breakup. Fitness is sweet revenge. Take that scale ba$tard!

The lower figure is probably more accurate. Rule of thumb, approximately 100 calories per mile.

Run away as fast as you can and don't look back!
