There's a certain pasta I buy, (stuffed agnolotti) the package says 350gm, nutrional info is based n 350gm, but when I weigh it, it's always 400gm. Plus side is free food, down side is id be over my cals if I hadnt weighed it :laugh:

Get out while youre still young. Spend some time alone thinking about what kind of woman you want to be and what crap she WILL and WONT put up with, what really matters and what doesn't. How long has this been going on? It happened to me last month, I was sick! I was so worried about exercising I wasnt even listening to my body in other ways. Well she hasn't even been sentenced yet, I doubt she will get 25 years, that is just the maximum sentence under the crime with which she has been charged. They will probably take into account victim impact statements from the family and the fact that there was no malice in her actions. A non-story really.

Yes, I read an article around the New Year about making certain behaviours "non-negotiable" the same as you would brushing teeth. You just do them because you should and theyre whats best for you. In hind sight I actually think it's just being a responsible adult.
