it's like counting your sleeping calories. even if you're using up NEAT calories, i wouldn't log it.

intermittent fasting is cool but i'm going to therapy for the other kind soo like really there's no reason for a healthy person to need to go without eating.

> get into a treatment program for my eating disorder + ptsd > participate in the fort worth NEDA walk > get off my *kitten* for at least an hour a day, as if that's hard. get back on my strength training and actually eat enough to build muscle gdi > learn a new language > live alone > pet lots of dogs > drink more water >…

not one i would eat now, but when i was 18 my go-to breakfast and drunk eat was pop tarts with sriracha. so like, when i say i'll eat anything with sriracha on it, i'm being 100% literal. one i would totally eat now though? a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese... and, bruh you guessed it, sriracha. ;)

i'm actually about to see a doctor today because taking diet supplements (stacker 3, an old friend from my high school ED days) over christmas break may be causing my kidneys to fail. it was a stupid panicked mistake buying them, but i knew i wouldn't have any space to exercise for 10 days and i didn't know what else to…

currently replaying dragon age 2 since it was on sale and i'm too broke/my computer is too weak for inquisition. :s that's fine though, i've been missing my sarcastic piece of garbage hawke and her brooding elf.

SAME. that black friday deal was too much to resist. there goes my three year clean streak. on top of that, my steam sale haul this time around came out to payday 2, dark souls (finally), goat simulator, the evil within, and gta san andreas to relive my childhood. o:)

most of where we (people with eating disorders) lose weight is in muscle and, eventually, vital organ meat. that's the part that kills us or at least gives us a lifetime of health problems once we get our *kitten* together. so yeah.

god it so depends on the game and how evil the actions are. i guess i play most of my characters to be more chaotic neutral. there are certain characters i just can't bring myself to hurt, so my protagonists care about their own and *kitten* the rest. for example, if i'm playing mass effect, i might be playing a renegade…

i quit smoking using a vape pen going on two months ago. i immediately switched to the lowest possible nicotine dosage (0.06%) and i've had fantastic results so far apart from a little increased sensitivity to smell. obviously it's a crutch, but aren't patches, gum and all the traditional quitting methods? the point isn't…

transformers: revenge of the fallen. like... all the other movies had redeemable qualities imo, but that one was just all bad. i read that they didn't even have the script finished when they started making it, they just kind of slapped together half of one in a couple weeks and made things up as they went. not surprising.…

oh no i'm so jealous. :'( haven't played a dragon age game since 2, even though i picked up origins when ea was giving it away for free (one of the only benefits of keeping origin tbh), but every time the commercial pops on i just want it so badly. hopefully it'll run on my year-old hp once i get paid. meanwhile, i…

agreed on the muscle monsters 100%. but nothing, nothing will compare to walden farms' grape jelly. if you've ever wondered what it would be like to eat solidified cough syrup, hand walden farms your wallet.
