Based on my experience at bars, one pound of wings is about 8 or 9 (either wing mid-section, without tip, or drumette). So 4 oz would be 2 or 3 individual pieces, probably 1 of yours.

I've been aiming for 1-2 pounds a week, following a 1200-1400 calorie diet (I usually eat back at least some of what I've burned off). I agree with most of the people on here - it's just one day. We all have 'off' days. I do find it interesting that when you're sick and should really be eating healthier foods (fresh fruit & veg), that's when you crave the bad ones -- I am absolutely the same way.
