Every day. I have a loooong way to go, and seeing it go down even .25 of a lb is worth it. If it goes up, I can think about what I had and try to work that out. Everyone is different, there is no right or wrong. Do what feels natural to *you* xx

Proud moment today was walking through the shops. I had a sandwich this morning, then about...4 hours later went out. Walked past everything I didn't need, didn't grab any snacks or things I didn't need. Usually I spend a good £10-£20 on sweets xx

My mom bought tea cakes yesterday. No one was in when I saw them, and I had plenty of room left that I could polish off a few of them- but I've went 7 days without any type of candy, I knew I could do this! (Had an orange instead lol) xx

Ahh, thanks guys! I'm thinking maybe aiming for 2200 cals to start with? Means I can maybe get rid of my pesky headaches (weren't sure if it was due to lack of sugar or eating lol) xx

That makes sense. MFP says 2450 cals, but that seems like so much when ever I think about the amount of food it is lol xx

I'm moderate to low active (depending on the day and work) I don't think I'll be going to the gym, kinda stitch, until I've lost a lot more weight, so that's not gonna change lol. TDEE Calculator? xx

Kiwis work the same as prunes (And taste just as good). Another option is having a hot bath. It actually helps things 'move along' xx
