if you are having trouble getting it in with food, you should make a shake and drink it slowly over an hours time. you can get in a great protein source as well as calories and if you are filling up with just a 1/4 cup of food the shake would be perfect

I did a 10 miler back on Nov 3rd of 2013 and finished in 1:33 and I felt pretty good at the end.....feeling like a nice flat 13.1 should not be that bad!! Hope to see you there! BKA
