I decide what I want to eat usually as each meal comes and that all depends on how much time I have , if I got time I make a big batch of something I fancy and freeze some for those short of time days

I like sweet things to really love home baked cake ,cookies and puddings and refuse to give up what I enjoy ,I enjoy cooking and baking and eating what I have made so I do try to make room for them

. This I walk for exercise. And make soups and all sorts of dishes I invent out of things lurking in he cupboard ,write down how I made it and if its yummy I can make again and will have the calories and such all ready worked out :-)

Yes. I like my puddings so still have them, I do try to eat healthy but I enjoy a little junk to :tongue: not really junk as I do try make a lot of things myself from scratch then I know what's in it

When my daughter 1st started on her diet she chose low cal foods and started suffering daily from head aches , it turned out to be the sweetners in yogurts , drinks and other things , once she stopped using things wit sweetness in the headaches stopped

I increased mine to 1450 some days I hit just over 1200 and some days I need more we all diff you need to find what works for you

I never seem to hit my protien ,carb or fat targets but I keep trying , keeping my diary I think is helping me understand a bit more about the nutrition of what I eat

Hi I having been at this very long myself just a few weeks so I don't no much about it , but eating as low as 500 cals doesn't seem like a good idea from things I have read you need a min is 1200 and eating to low can stop you from loosing and damage your health, may be eating more and keep your daily intake to at least…

I think about food all the time :laugh: I like cooking and inventing my own dishes from things I got in the house, now I am trying to loose weight I find it fun making meals and seeing how low calorie I can make it and still be a yummy filling meal
