First off, congrats on your weight loss... that's a great accomplishment. I lost 160 pounds and am significantly older than you (46) and I have some loose skin as well. I know that it's probably easier for me to deal with it since I'm an old man, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. My doctor referred me to a plastic…

I have some, but so far it seems like as time passed and I lost more weight it was shrinking. Now that I'm going to stabilize, we'll see what happens. I've heard all kinds of things to get rid of it from surgery to exercise. I'm an old man now (46) so I wouldn't consider surgery. As far as exercise goes... we'll see if I…

Absolutely not! When I started I was a few months away from turning 45 and weighed around 320 lbs. I guess it was 45 staring me in the face, but one day I just came to the realization that if I didn't do something about my lifestyle it was going to kill me. Once I came to that reality, it was really quite simple for me...…

I doubt you have body dysmorphia, you said you're maintaining so you're not trying to get thinner. I'm 6' tall and started at 317 lbs, I've lost 123 lbs (194 lbs now) and I hear this all the time. I still want to lose another 34 lbs and get down to 160. People tell me that's way too low, but from what I've read and heard…

I'd eat one of these and still be 50 calories under.

I've lost 81 pounds without doing any exercise at all.

Thanks girlviernes... mine seems to go through the process fine, all my other data is there, just no logging info. I may just download it again and start from scratch using the manual process instead of automatic.

By the way... I tried the fix posted by ephphy, but it's still not working.

First off, thank you for this, it looks like a great tool. The problem I'm having is that it's not importing any of my logging data. When I look at the import data table it has all the correct dates but all the data is blank... anyone have any suggestions? Thanks again.

Wow!... you look like a different person. Great job! I started in May 2014, and am down 78 lbs so far... I hope to be able to post similar pictures next year... you're an inspiration. Based on the t-shirt in your before pic, we're neighbors.

Oh, the pain!

I don't think it's a bad thing... I get up about 5 and don't usually eat anything until 10:30.

I use the "Withings Smart Body Analyzer"... It's expensive, but I really like it. withings.com/us/store/devices/smart-body-analyzer.html

Count me as another non-exerciser... I've lost 56 pounds without a stitch of exercise. Although now that I'm feeling better, I think I'm going to start an exercise program soon. Probably just calisthenics and treadmill work as I'm really not looking to build a lot of muscle.

I'm reviving this old thread because I'm wondering the same thing. I hoping it could be because of the following: 1. How much weight you have to lose... When I started I had about 155 pounds to lose (god, seeing that written down makes me so mad that I let it get to that point). 2. If you're still wearing the same clothes…

I'm 6' and when I was in my early 20's I quit drinking and decided to lose my beer gut, I got down to 123 lbs. Everyone thought I was too thin, but I felt great... I had lots of energy and was actually pretty strong. I wouldn't worry about it unless there are other health issues.

Feel free to add me. When I started my journey back in May, I weighed in at 317 lbs., my end goal is 170 lbs, so that would be 147 lbs. total loss. So far I've dropped 51 lbs, so I'm about a third of the way there. I can honestly say that I've enjoyed every minute of my journey thus far. I still get cravings for bad…

Thanks so much for posting this, as someone who is just starting out it is very helpful.

I'd love to eat more. The problem I'm running into is that a lot of times I seem to come close to going over in one of the other categories (carbs, fat, sodium or sugar) before I come close to my maximum allowed calories. My goal is (with the exception of protein) to end every day with all green numbers on my food diary.…

I do have a lot to loose... I started at approx 317 and my goal is 170, so about 150 pounds. I think you're probably right as far as the water weight goes... from what I'm reading, too much sodium can cause water retention and until the past week I never paid any attention at all to my sodium intake, so it was probably…
