Swapped white bread for 40 cal wheat bread, ice cream for frozen yogurt, and ground meat for ground turkey, flour tortillas for corn tortillas.....

I Had a hard time at first with drinking all the water but it is really good to drink lots of wa to er when u are losing weight. I drink 30 ouces of water on my way to work and again on my way home. Then I reward myself eith getting to drink my diet coke the rest of the night or flavored water.

Go for walks on your breaks or lunch.

I was wondering about those too. I have the larger model but it makes more of icees and not smoothies. My daughter uses it in the morning and takes it with her to school. Does the smaller version make it any creamier or is it icy? Just curious.

My dad called me pleasantly plump. At the time I was in high school and weighed 95 lbs. So needless to say I thought that 95 lbs was fat...Ive always struggled with that.

I just started two weeks ago but it has inspired by 15 yr. old daughter to eat healthier (she has been eating along with me much healthier meals that I cook and has started making smoothies for snacks instead of chips) and she has started working out with a friend. I am proud that I am setting a good example for her.

I have a teenage daughter and you remind me of her....she gets excited because some guy in some class with a friend told her friend that she was pretty......high schoool...so dramatic...got to love them.....compliment her to a friend!!!!

turkey meatballs or cottage cheese and peaches. Sometimes a just couple of weight watchers string cheese and I use my calories at night.

I heard from a weight loss clinic that when u are at a plateau that u should eat only protein for a couple of days and drink as much water as u can. It worked I. The past for me.

tonight im baking chicken coated with egg and then bran flakes. Geen beans on the side. My favorite snack is toasted wheat bread with 1 tsp peanut butter and sliced banannas,...yummmm.

Congrats on quitting smoking....I gained 40 lbs after quitting smoking so now is a great time to concentrate on your weight as well. Quitting is one of the hardest things I have ever done...this weight loss thing should be a breeze. Good luck with both. Jacque

Hi just wanted to say that losing 100 lbs is doable. My brother lost 100lbs a few years ago by doing a diet diary. U have such a beautiful face. Takes a lot of committment to stay with it but it is so worth it when ur self esteem jumps thru the roof because u know u look good. Stay strong.
