I have the Polar FT60 and I love it! I would recommend going to Polar's site and comparing the products. A friend bought the FT7 a few weeks back and it is pretty basic. Another friend bought the FT60 recently and loves it. You can find it online for about $120 and it is well worth the price! :)

I drink between 3-4 liters a day regularly. I actually like water...just plain, room temp....although I am drinking about 8 oz of a dr pepper right now...ha!!

I am at the 86th st (across from St V's) Planet Fitness. Ive tried to get someone to go with me (since im black card and "guest" is free) or my gf, but it's always a no... :( But that's okay....I've been going about 6 weeks alone...I got this. :)

I have the FT60 and LOVE IT! I won't work out without it. There is an additional piece you can buy if you are tracking distance but if I want to track distance, I use Nike app on my iphone. :) I got the FT60 for about $125 on bodytronics.com. Now I think it's about $140 but that's better than $200. Ha! :)

I think it's just making it fit your schedule. I had the Brooks Ghost 4...loved them. Turned around and bought the Brooks Ghost 5! Even better! :) They are for neutral fitting. :)

I started the C25K last week. Finished the 3rd day of the 1st week today. I will be doing week one over again. Honestly, the thing I have found for me, is the southwestern egg beaters. I make 3/4 - 1 cup each morning and it fills me up. It totals about 80-100 calories for it but I would rather save my calories for lunch and dinner. So, since it fills me up, I try not to eat anything else. :)

i like the protein in the mornings....i eat 1/2 cup liquid eggs with green pepper, roma tomato and yellow onion mixed in. with 2 glasses of water and i am FULL. :)

i eat 20 raw baby carrots everyday about 845am-9am and each morning I have a great BM!! :) Prob to much info but hey, I feel cleaned out and feel great. :)

I love the liquid eggs...i havent read anything bad about them but I leave a small skillet on the stove, measure 1/2 cup each morning and sometimes even mix in some green peppers, tomato and onion(chopped up for the week) in them...yummy!!
