  • Yes! I have been stuck at the same weight for a year now no matter what I do! For me I just try not to get too upset about it because I am gaining muscle and have lost a few pants sizes. Consistency is the most important thing but I hear ya!! It is really really frustrating!!
  • Don't give up.... it takes awhile for your body to adjust to a new diet even if it is a change that is good for you. Kudos for finding what works for your body! Just remember everyone is different and what works for you won't necessarily work for someone else. Try adding some exercise to your routine also. Hope you start…
