I always have two slices of whole meal toast with peanut butter and then a banana about 11am. On odds mornings if I don't have access to a toaster I'll have one of the ready packed cereal boxes, the 40g size ones.

Chocolate!

Pringles here too and a chocolate bar before bed :-(

I'm on a beta blocker (bisoprolol 10mg) once a day and a calcium channel blocker (tildium retard 90mg) twice a day for inappropriate sinus tachycardia and PVC. So far I've been loosing weight fine and knowing how awful I felt before taking the meds I'd be very unsure about stopping them.

I don't think mentally I'd cope well on 1200 a day, although some days I do come in around that and often I don't reach my 1440 calories per day. This amount for me is working though so I'm not changing it. For me as this is going to be a life change I'd rather let myself have things like chocolate/crisps/cake within…

I'm in the Uk and my diary is open xxx
-
Graze boxes Banana Greek yoghurt Popcorn Packet of 100 calorie or less crisps - but only on a Tuesday/Friday and if it fits into my calorie allowance ;-)
-
I still have lindt chocolate every day and crisps occasionally but just fit them into my daily allowance. Look at my diary if you want xx
-
Mines open but I'm vegeterian and tend to eat ready meals so not sure how useful it'll be ;-)
-
Homous on Ryvita with drips of sweet chilli sauce
-
Either a piece of lindt excellence dark, currently got the mint intense, very nice! Or a lindt dark chocolate ball xx
-

I'm guessing lifting anaesthetised dogs on and off tables at work (I'm a vet nurse) doesn't count ;-)

I've been getting them for about six weeks now, get them every week and so far have liked pretty much everything.
-
Lindt intense orange or a lindt dark chocolate ball, one square or a ball is my treat after my dinner at night xx
-
I've liked more than I've not liked, favourites so far are the oatcakes with onion chutney, the herby bread basket and anything with their chocolate in :-)
-
I'm on day 13 now but am finding pre-logging my food a brilliant way of doing it, it's keeping me on the straight and narrow cause i know i can have things at certain times xx
-
On week 2 but lost 1.9kg in first week, certainly not expecting this to happen again though. I'd rather loose it slowly as for me it's a lifestyle change and changing habits xx
-
Changed to public, I'm veggie also

I'm only on week one but i do like something sweet after my evening meal, so like someone else said i log everything in morning as i pretty much know what i'm going to eat for the day. If i have enough calories left then i have a lindt chocolate ball and that sorts me out!
-
I've just weighed myself today so week 1 of weighing in and i've lost 1.9kg! So chuffed, i know i won't maintain that weight loss and alot of that will be stopping eating so many salty foods but i'm still smiling :-)

Veggie so, three Ryvita with low fat homous and dots of sweet chilli sauce, cherry tomatoes and one or two quorn mini scotch eggs

Thanks everyone, I keep some calories in reserve as I wasn't sure how accurate the exercise calories were. Ie today I've got 86 calories left and a few days I've had the message saying I've not eaten enough calories but as I've honestly not felt hungry I've not worried. I know where I go wrong, I love crisps and chocolate…
