I don't eat all my exercise calories back, but it gives me that option to eat more if I want to. I exercise to get fit & healthy as well as to lose weight and will continue to exercise when I maintain, so again it'll give me the option to eat more if I find myself hungry.

I got a migraine on Wednesday then another on Thursday night. I've had them since I was a teen, but very rarely maybe 2-3 a year, so I put mine down to dieting and maybe hormones. I'm hoping when I reach my goal and start maintaining they'll stop.

Agreed. I like to eat a snack later at night, but have to make sure it's a few hours before going to bed as I sometimes get bad indigestion.
