What's your favorite snack that you have just about every day?
Every week day when I get home from work, I have the same snack. I have it before my weight training routine to fuel my workouts and if it's just a cardio workout, I have it after to refuel.
I mix this together in a bowl and eat with a spoon (because I'm weird...LOL).
56g of salted peanuts
40g of raisins
1 Special Dark candy bar (broken up into little pieces)
So freakin good!!!
What is yours?

Right now I'm loving Trader Joe's handful of... trail mix packets and Kind bars. I also like pumpkin seeds but I have to fight with the cats when I eat them. Cats are weird.

Frozen edamame from Costco. They come in handy per serving pouches. You can microwave them in the pouch to steam them but I LOVE them frozen. 1/2 pack a mid-morning snack, 1/2 pack afternoon snack. Yum!!!0
