You're favorite go-to snack?

What's your favorite snack that you have just about every day?

Every week day when I get home from work, I have the same snack. I have it before my weight training routine to fuel my workouts and if it's just a cardio workout, I have it after to refuel.

I mix this together in a bowl and eat with a spoon (because I'm weird...LOL).

56g of salted peanuts
40g of raisins
1 Special Dark candy bar (broken up into little pieces)

So freakin good!!!

What is yours?

"breakfast" is almost always a plain tuna pouch.

later morning snack varies between banana &/or protein bar.

afternoon snacks almost always include rice krispie treats (the premade ones individually wrapped) &/or colby jack cheese sticks.

always have a protein shake w/PB2 after my workout.

most days I have a small cup of ice cream (the little vanilla &/or chocolate ones from Walmart).

    everything else varies more.

Tree nuts, Costco has both roasted almonds and Pistachios in single serve packets that are easy to drop in a lunch box. Also fond of the mini Babybel Light cheese. They come several in a bag, its a mini cheese wheel that is 50 calories.

Right now I'm loving Trader Joe's handful of... trail mix packets and Kind bars. I also like pumpkin seeds but I have to fight with the cats when I eat them. Cats are weird.

My trainer recommended green pepper and cottage cheese, it's ok, but it's no turkey snack bites. I can't get enough of those turkey snack bites!

Frozen edamame from Costco. They come in handy per serving pouches. You can microwave them in the pouch to steam them but I LOVE them frozen. 1/2 pack a mid-morning snack, 1/2 pack afternoon snack. Yum!!!
