Go outside for a walk or run or look up some exercise videos you can do from home. Don't wait to start the gym. Once you do start look up some books and videos on how to do some weights. That should help a lot with gaining muscle and losing the last few pounds you want to lose.

I just had the second part done yesterday and it wasn't so bad today. A little lock jaw but its gotten better. Drink motrin and rinse with water and salt. Last night I just had a protein shake LOL Today I was ok. edit to add: You could also try some yogurt and eggs.

I just don't think about why I hate running in the heat and just enjoy the run. Yes it's hot and super humid and I look like I went for a swim and not a run but it's worth it. Edit: I'll add I do go early morning and late night but it's still humid enough to make breathing hard so I just push through. Enjoy!

Thank you all! Yes I know a lot of it is mental. I had the same fear with 5 minutes and I was so proud when I just got over it and did it. I'll try to slow down my pace a little and see if that helps. I have been trying to speed up lately so maybe I need to go down to my old pace.

It happens to me too if I go over specially with "bad foods" like salty things. It just water weight from the beer it will come off in the next few days. Usually takes me 2-3 days to get back to prior weight.

Adding on a ton of veggies (mostly spinach for me). They have low calories so you can eat a lot of them and they fill you up. You can pair that with anything you want to eat. Weigh and measure everything or you won't lose. If I try to guess I'm usually off!

I've never done it but have friends that are doing it. They don't seem to be losing much. That's ok but they all seem to have a ton of points and I don't get the unlimited fruit and veggies. Do fruit have zero calories for them? Do they explain that?

OK my new favorite thing is spaghetti squash. I cut in half and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until I can pinch with a knife. Don't over cook I have done that and it gets mushy.
