im on day 2 of the shred level one its actualy 25 if ya count the warm ups. i log it as circuit training general and i get 429 cals. and a good *kitten* whoppin..

when i started this i got sore muscles to but just pushed right through it. i know me and if i gave my self the excuse that my muscles were sore i wouldnt go back to excercising. its a good hurt.

just a fyi got the biggest loser wii game and it kicks ur *kitten*. however it screws u on calories burned. i do the 23 min light full body circuit and it says 45 cals burned YA RIGHT as im drippin with sweat. but we all get frustrated, lord knows ive stopped and started again in my life time. good luck

mabye look at what your eating like the carbs and sugar? or change up ur routine a little.

i take it too just started taking it 2 weeks ago.. and let me tell u the side effects WOW... i was in bed for a few days.. i havent lost weight on it tho... i also take 500 2 times a day.. but im a type 2 diabetic. i dont think its callabrated to weight tho..

we have aldis here and there fit & active line is wonderful they have these ice cream bars there sooo good and the best part 100 cals cant beat that..

I avoid restuarants completely i dont trust my self just yet. id rather make a nice meal at home. :)

i have a wii fit and do a free run of 20 mintues a day. i started out with 10 mintues and did that for a few weeks till i was comfortable moving it up to 20 min. when the weather warms up here im going to start running outside.. im doing my first race with a friend in november. good luck

what i do is use walmarts version of crystal light and i suck it down.or i make fresh brewed green tea with no sugar. and i suck that down theres days i just cant drink just water.

we have had nothing but issues with the wii fit scale. on a given day i can step on it and ill be down 39 pounds. seriously!! we have changed batteries, recalabrated it used the plug thingy and it very seldom gives us the right weight. so we stick to our regular scale.
