i am debating on getting a pair of these for when i walk and wanna know if there worth it
im a diabetic and this program has me at 2040 calories a day however i dont eat that much i try to stick to 1800. so with that how many calories should i be burning a day? i see a lot off people use whipped peanut butter whats the deal with that? and any one got any good diabetic dessert recieps.
