You can add me as well. I am 5'2" and at 164 lbs. I started seriously using this site in September and at that time I was 182 lbs. So it is working for me, just slowly. But I'm ready to push the petal to the metal for 2013. :-)

Real Estate developer/Interior Design. I love old homes and in my city, it breaks my heart to see these beautiful colonials, victorians, western style bungalows fallin to ruin. I've always loved decorating and taking the old and making it new again.

You look great and are making amazing progress. I find the same with the scales. I am losing slowly but can definitely feel the difference in my clothes and everyone is starting to comment - "are you losing weight?" We definitely cannot let the scale deter us or make us feel that we are not progressing because we are.

It is possible to lose weight without exercise, especially when you are young - like in your 20's. But exercise gives added long term benefits. I enjoy oatmeal and a low sodium V8 juice for breakfast. Gets boring sometimes though. I like these ideas.
