Macadamia, but I don't buy them often. Almonds for everyday eating. Spanish peanuts are my favorite with chocolate.

No, but I don't know anyone except middle aged men who exercise just because it's good for the heart. I'm not saying it's not a benefit, just one people care less about.

Does anyone work out just for heart health, and not the other benefits? Heart health is probably the last reason I work out.

For those who haven't tried Think Thin, they are not as yummy, but are perfectly edible, for $1 a piece. Target sells them by the box for a little less.

That's where the butter dish comes in handy. Leave a half stick in the dish on the counter just for toast, etc. it spreads just fine room temperature :) Oh and I'll combine my answer in this post, I use kerrygold.

You may be right. I thought warming up was literally getting to the point of breaking a sweat and that somehow equalled getting my blood flowing to the muscles. Should that be in the Dumb Stuff Heard at the Gym thread?

It's possible he thought you might be super setting the two of them. I do that often with complimentary machines like the adduction/abduction machines.

Yes I put on make up every morning when I get up it doesn't matter where I'm going later.

I used to use it all the time. It was a challenge to get past one minute. But I liked that it made me use serious muscle while getting my heart rate up fast.

Keep a can of almonds right next your bed and just have a few or a small handful if you wake up.

Yes, people have done experiments only eating twinkles and junk, or only eating McDonalds. They lost weight.

Functional strength, eating more because muscles burns more calories to maintain, more energy, general feeling of health, strength, and confidence are a few of the benefits you can't "see".

After work have a teaspoon or two of coconut oil. It really does give you energy.

I did deadlifts today they're one of my favorites. after I was done I tried to see if there were any other parts of my body that I could work out that didn't feel worn out after dead lifting. All I could come up with was abs. Everything else was spent.
