Super charged protein shake
How did I not think of this before? I mixed my powder (30 grams per scoop) with an Atkins chocolate shake (15grams) so I got 45 grams of protein in an 11 oz drink. And it's delicious!

Do I have to warm up before I lift?
I just always have, but I see a lot of not so sweaty people lifting. Am I doing it for nothing? I only do between 5-10 minutes of cardio, but I really hate it.

Egg salad plus protein
I found a way to bump up the protein in my egg salad today. I put a scoop of cottage cheese in it. It didn't affect the taste or consistency. Anyone else have ideas for add ins?

Workout suffer when cutting?
I've cut back from maintenance - 2000 cal. per day, to 1600 per day. It's been a week and today I could do noticeably less than the same routine last week. Is this to be expected?

How much can I really deadlifting?
I usually do 3 sets of 8 each of regular dead lifts, Romanian, and sumo squats. I start with the regular and do a set of 75 then 85 then 95 lbs. then do the other ones with around 75 lbs. If I wasn't doing 3 sets of eight, I'm sure I could lift more, since I'm not to failure as it is. Is there any value in going heavier…

Maintenance to cutting
I've been eating at maintenance and succeeding in body recomposition. But, I am going on vacation in a month and would like my abs to show a little more. I'm thinking dropping from my normal 2000 a day to 1500 or 1600. Does that sound appropriate?

Tried running, it hurts
I tried something new for cardio this week. It was supposed to be intervals of 1 minute each walking, jogging, and sprinting on the treadmill. Macros question
Everyday I fall just under my calories, but go over on my fats send protein. Usually under on carbs. Will this mess it up bad or do I just need to get close on the macro percentages? I am making a lot of dietary changes to get it where it needs to be. I'll be eating my full calorie allotment soon.
