If your goal is to lose weight, then no. One day low on protein won't matter. Neither will one day going over calories really but there's no need to. Your diary isn't open so it's hard to make suggestions but if you find yourself low on protein and have extra calories, by all means have a protein shake.0

You look very slim, so ether way, but personally I would opt for more protein to build and maintain muscle. I guess it depends on your goals.0

Darn, I had my profile set so all members could see it. I'm not sure why you couldn't. But I changed it to everyone. Could you please try again to test it? Anyway my goal us to maintain. I'm doing recomp, I have maintained my weight while losing 7% bf.0

No, you don't need it. But if you're trying to gain muscle mass, then ya. Drink a shake.
Just to maintain. No. You'll be fine with out it.0 -
Thanks for the input! I decided to go with it because I don't want one rep I fight for to go to waste.0
