Tool is a mandolin maybe. . .that's what my wife uses for slicing zucchini into pasta strips for lasagna, she just lays it flat out on papertowels and salts it a bit to help remove some of the excess liquid before using but to each their own.

For bread crumbs we found using good quality pork rinds (ingred. pork, lard, salt) when run thru the food processor work great. Just spice it up however you would like. The whole30 is a great place to start, especially if your diet hasn't been the best lately. It'll make you appreciate real foods again. I do every morning....with coffee from my Keurig....tbsp of virgin coco oil....2 Tbsp of coconut milk and 1/8 tsp of stevia....run through the blender and its like a Paleo latte....lol

If i follow all the formulas do i still deduct and eat back all my excercise cals? Or does the 300 calorie subtraction count for that? i currently work off more than 300 cals a day at gym.
