I wear the normal boxer briefs if just a weight day but if any biking or running is on the agenda then I wear compression shorts as underwear. Otherwise "stuff" gets jostled around just a little too much. Lol

Feeling much better, just did a good job of pulling the muscle. I took a week off and now into a week or two of deload, still no lifting just some light jogging and yoga for stretching. Using lots of ice and basically just taking it easy until I can get back in the game!!

Look into some Vibram Five Fingers shoes, had bad shin splints when I ran in traditional shoes and once I started barefoot and took my time to get acclimated to the different running style I haven't had any pain. . . I own two pairs, one for everyday wear. . .and a recently bought pair of spydirons for trail running. I would wear these to bed if the wife would let me. Look at it this way. . . consistency is key as was mentioned above. Also keep in mind, ONE bad meal will not make you fat, the same as ONE healthy meal will not make you lose weight.
