I am in the same exact situation. I've been wanting to do it for a good 6 months or so - but I'm so intimidated! I've gone to a session with the owner and when I got there they were finishing up a class - I was thinking I should walk out like and act like I was in the wrong place. I can't do a burpee to save my life! All…

I have been diagnosed with that as well as lymphodema. So, not only do I have the build up of fat cells, I also have lymph glands that don't drain fluid from my extremeties. i have a damaged lymphatic system likely caused from an illness I had when I was 2 (or that's what the doctor's thought on it is). At any rate, I…

'Drop it like it's hot' ... as they lower me into the hole.

These are delicious. I've used flavored laughing cow cheese too - works very well.

What I don't understand...is if people can restrict their diets like this - why can't they just be disciplined enough to just eat normal, healthy meals?

I use the Bluebonnet Whey Isolate and it's 26g protein for 116 cals. Tastes good too.

While I don't know the answer to your question, I thought I would offer this link that someone posted the other day. It too though, is a guestimate. :ohwell: http://www.health-calc.com/diet/energy-expenditure-advanced

I am weird about deli meat. I was told by a manager at a large retail grocery that once deli meat is open it's only good for so many days. The printed tag they put on your cut meat expires in 5 days. SO, how does a person know really how long that meat is good for?? Then there's the sanitary issue of it being handled by a…

I love myself - does that count?

Have you tried dry shampoo? Don't use it while your hair is sweaty, but after some of the sweat dries, just spray some on your roots and kinda like hairspray (not a lot though) - it helps with sweaty head smell.

Guess I'm boring too then.

I've asked this same question to a male friend of mine who uses it. He told me if I didn't REALLY stick with lifting on a very regular basis that it would make me gain weight. Would like to see what others say.

I don't have weave or extensions...but I'll comment. I have long kinda curly hair and it's very dry so I try not to wash it too much. SO, when I sweat a lot at the gym I use dry shampoo to freshen it up (NOT WHILE IT'S SWEATY though).

Couldn't agree more!!

Before reading this post I looked up the info on okra (had boiled okra with my lunch), I had no idea that it naturally has sugar - or at least as much as it does. When I logged it in MFP I noticed the sugar amount so that's why I looked up the nutritional facts on it.…

Definitely trying this -- I LOVE lemon! Thanks for sharing.

I need to get back on track! I slacked for a while and put about 7 lbs back on since Christmas... I don't want that to get out of control. AND, the holidays are right around the corner - ALREADY!
