Its actually not as bad as it sounds. You have to alter and substitute alot, so you dont hurt youself. like save bread slices for a chicken sandwich for dinner. and i use fat free creamer and splenda for my coffee. but eat alot of vegetables fruits and i drink chocolate milk or eat cheese so that i dont crave carbs.

I am a terrible binge eater/closet eater. does that count? :) eating disorders are definitely something to talk about. If there is any place to do it, it would be here!

I don't know. I used to feel the same way. calories are calories. but I'm not so sure any more.. I love ice cream. more that any food in the WORLD haha. but fruits are high in calories too. and for some reason if i had pineapples and grapes, i still somehow feel better off than a cup of cookie dough ice cream. I know a few teachers who use it....I would start it on a long break...so you can gauge how it works for your body lol...and decide whether you can handle its effects..:) ..make sure u ask if pple can smell you..lol.

HAHAHAHA. no. i definately stop taking it before a date. LMAO. which is why i stopped taking it when i got home.at school im not concerned. but when my bf takes me out i don't touch it. for about 3 days. i would be in soo much pain. -worst thing to eat with alli =PIZZA....epic fail.

I understand what you are saying. You are so right. I guess since I was always eating pastas rice and bread, I always had a bad reaction after I ate them. and when i cut them out, all of the reactions stopped and i was fine. I ate alot of plain tuna. and cereal. :) thanks!

I think healthy alternatives are cool. But i know that if i deprive myself of some "bad stuff" like chocolate and ICE CREAM i become irritable. literally just depressed. So i have it once a week. Maybe it prevents me from losing weight as fast as i would like. but i honestly believe moderation is key.!
