Can't wait for it! However, my Body Pump class (need to burn those calories!) is at 7:20, so I have my DVR set to record it so that I can watch when I get home!

Congratulations!!! :drinker:

I also am an ex-diet cokeaholic...so I loved this! With the exception of one can at the end of June after staying up for over 24 hours, I have been diet coke free since March 6th. Actually I have not had any pop/soda except that one since that time! My love is now ice water!

MB...you continue to amaze me my friend! That is so great!!! :flowerforyou: I am enjoying when things like that happen too...the jeans I had on today really must be put away...if I did not have a belt on the probably would have fallen down...well maybe not all the way, but they would have hung on my hips... So congrats…

With the exception of one can after staying up for 24 hours straight, I have been Diet Coke free since March 6th. It was the main soda/pop I drank and I drank way to much of it. I don't drink any pop/soda, opting for green tea, lemonade, and water(and it is mostly this...). I still enjoy having a beer or two as…

That is great! Keep it up!

That sounds yummy...I usually don't eat plain yogurt, but if you mix something in, it might be pretty good! I will have to try it sometime soon!

Good Luck!!! You can do this!!!

I am participating in my first 5K in just under 2 weeks...I think I am crazy too! But I am looking forward to it...Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:

Welcome! The C25K program is great. I just finished week 7 and am participating in my first 5K on September 24th. Best of luck on your journey! :flowerforyou:

 Bump...I will be running my 1st 5K at the end of the month and would like to know the answer too!

Great job! I know just how hard it is to kick that addiction! I have only had one Diet Coke since March 6th...and that was after I stayed up all night. I used to drink way to much of it...at least 3-4 cans everyday...it was my water. Now I drink water and occasionally green tea or lemonade or the Vitaminwaters. Keep it…

I am in week 7 (will do day 2 today) and yes, I made it through week 5...it was a tough week, but it can be done. I am sure that you will be able to handle it! I am now jogging 25 minutes at a time...and I never thought I would make it. Good luck with your journey of C25K!

Doing a happy dance for you!!! Congrats! :flowerforyou:

You have to find the right exercise for you...one that you enjoy. If you don't like sweating...maybe you want to take up swimming or water aerobics. You can get some really great workouts from that. I have found things that I love to do and I have found that I don't mind the sweating any more! As far as eating...it doesn't…

Very inspirational...thank you! I don't have as much time each day to devote to working out, but I definitely take advantage of the time I have. I am going to try your spanx idea...and will probably be sending you a message for your tips!

Good for you...keep it up and everything will come. As far as the class being intimidating...I really understand. I was really intimidated walking into my first Body Pump class-I was by far one of the largest women there...including being compared to the guys in the class...that was about 6 months ago...now I love the…

Diet Coke (way to much of it) and too much processed foods. Also, was not making healthy choices when going out to eat. I still go out, but make much better choices, do not drink Diet Coke or any pop/soda at all, and have cut way back on processed foods (I still eat some, but not as much) and am making my own sandwich…

My husband swears by coating the chicken with olive oil-it really seems to seal the moisture in. I believe (since he does most of the cooking!) that he does thaw them out first as well. Hope that helps!

That is so wonderful! I am hoping to get to that point where I don't need my Lane Bryant catalog and the credit card! Congrats!!! And tell your husband how wonderful he is...it is so great to have a supportive husband...I have one too! :flowerforyou:

Wow! You are looking great! Keep it up! I didn't know there was a Twoberville...I am there too...working my way to Onederland! That is a little ways away yet, but I am steadily making progress! Congrats on your success...keep it up! :flowerforyou:

I have lost 55 pounds in about 6 months and feel great! Tonight after my Body Pump class I had my dear hubby put 55-56 pounds of weight in my arms...I couldn't believe it! Then some of my friends at class had to "feel" how much I lost...they were amazed and it was the most wonderful feeling ever! One of them even said that…

I am in training for my first 5K at the end of September and have been using the C25K program and still have not yet gone a whole 5-so you are way ahead of me! Be proud that you made it through! Now that I am getting into longer run times, my pace has been around 14-16 minute miles. It will be interesting on Saturday to…

I cleaned out some of my closet about a month ago...although I have found a couple pairs of my "big" pants, and I did not get rid of all my shirts as I don't mind wearing some of them big. However, it will be getting to that time again soon. Some are just getting too big looking and I have had some comments that I am going…

It was a rest day for me too...

Absolutely wonderful! That is a great NSV! I'll do a little happy dance for you too!
