Yes, absolutely! At first it was because I was making my kids wear one, but now it is as second nature as buckling my seat beat and I would feel like I was missing something if I did not wear it. It is really a program for people who have not ran. It gets someone who is not a runner off the couch and training/working towards a 5K. That is exactly why I have an insulated lunch bag and I use ice packs so I can keep my lunch at my desk. I know it is not something everyone can do, but I can't believe people would eat someone else's food...in our office there has even been left overs that people have taken from the fridge...I can't imagine eating…

I too have the 24 oz camelback with the straw...and I love it. I carry it from home, to work, and to the gym. I have 2 and am thinking of getting a couple more! I got mine at Target. :happy:

I don't think it was just one thing...it was a multitude of things...partly because of diet coke, fast food, the birth of children (a long time ago), and not worrying about what I ate. Stress, boredom, thinking I was hungry...the list can go on...:ohwell:
