If you and your husband think it is a good path to go, then I would say go for it. Definitely work out the financial deals like others said...I would check with some of your creditors and see if there are any options for you so that you can stay on track with them. You never know! Good luck!

Love it! You have a wonderful daughter!

I can't wait to be able to have more option for cute workout clothes like some of my more fit friends wear! Definitely shorts...and to look good in a swimsuit...not a bikini, but a nice tankini or one piece without a skirt and extra flounce to hide the "problem" areas!

Thanks!

Welcome...I think you will find this site pretty helpful. Good luck on your journey! :flowerforyou:

I LOVE  Body Pump!! It is my favorite class to go to, but I also enjoy Zumba and just tried Body Step, which I think in time will become another favorite. I am also love to get out and ride my bicycle...it is something both my husband I enjoy and it gets us outside. The longest ride to date is 50 miles! I am in week…

I am from the great MW...I live in WI...and I do know some things about farming! I have lost 52 pounds since February and still have about 100 to go to get to my goal weight, so I am around for quite a while yet. I am hoping to be at goal weight within the next year. I am a little older than you, but I am willing to help…

Hi from the Midwest! If you are in need of some motivators/cheerleaders, feel free to add me! :-)

Congrats!!! Can't wait until I get there!

Just finished 64 ozs on the day. I will be off to fill my handy dandy water bottle with nice cold ice water again soon. I probably will get in at least 48 more ozs before the day is done!

My wedding ring is not falling off yet, but definitely comes off easier. I will be waiting to resize my ring until I am at my goal weight...and my 25th anniversary is in 2014, so I may be getting one of the "resizers" until I can have a my ring reset for my 25th...I really want to add to it and my husband and I are…

I just started week 5 and I am not a runner by any stretch of the imagination...but I am really enjoying it! I am very slow, but I have made it through the first 4 weeks and if I can make it through this week then I should be able to accomplish anything!

How wonderful!!! I am looking forward to the day that I can be in ONEderland! Congrats!!! :flowerforyou:

Oh, yes...I did lie the last time I renewed...I probably was 35-50 pounds heavier than I said (it was about 6 or 7 years ago) and I have steadily gained weight over that time. I am working to reverse that now. I am still heavier than it says, but I am hoping by the time I have to renew (I can't remember if I renew summer…

I don't have a celebrity idol/inspiration, but my Body Pump instructor has been a huge source of inspiration to me...she is very fit and very encouraging to me. She has never made me feel out of place in her class and always pushes me to do my best. She is also in training to be a personal trainer and I hope that I will be…

I belong to the YMCA...I like it because there is a wide variety of classes and they offer later classes in the evening for us working folks that don't get home until 5:30 or 6 pm, there is a pool, hot tub, a wide variety of machines (both strength training and cardio) and most of the cardio machines have TV's on them, and…

That is great! You should be proud!

I am very overweight too, but I am going to be starting Week 5 of C25K. I am planning on participating in my first 5K at the end of September. I say go for it too...but listen to your body. I had to take a couple weeks off because of my knee. I am back at it though! Good luck!!!

Based on what you are saying here, I think you may not be eating enough. You could be in some sort of starvation mode and the bare minimum net calories that is suggested is 1200 daily. Which means, you probably need to eat back some if not almost all of your exercise calories burned. I know when I plateaued for 2 weeks one…

I have a Polar FT7 and I love it. It is around $95-$110...I know that there are less expensive models, but I am pretty much a Polar gal. My husband does have a Garmin for his bike, but does not used it for other exercising, he also has a Polar FT7.

I love my Polar...I have the FT7.
