I have started C25K week 4...definitely the training program to use. C25K is a "9" week program...designed to run each week 3 times. It has been very good for me so far!

In the last 6 months here are some changes that I have made: OLD HABIT: Drank way to much Diet Coke...I was seriously addicted to the stuff. I drink at least 8 cups a day most days...however, I have drank as many as 14 cups. Much more than that and I am up every couple hours during the night! :drinker:

The dress issue at the wedding would have been it for me.
