I sometimes make an awesome chocolate mousse using avocado, cooca and agave. It taste so good, and yes, it tastes like chocolate. You can also mix avocado, banana and cocoa for a chocolate treat! So I have not tried the recipes above, but similar, and they are great! I think you should give it a go! If it's good, please…

Wow, thanks! Tried googling, but didn't find much, you did a much better job than me! I am slightly worried that in order to cover the smell I will have to use A LOT of essential oil and end up smelling like a perfume shop instead! Maybe I'll try to do this with a little of the shea butter to begin with! Thank you!! :D

Oh there are lots and lots of good vegetarian food. Check out the happy herbivore group, there is loads of inspiration to be found there. Some things I like to make quick is lasagnea, soups of various kind, pasta with tomatosauce and beans/lentils, anything with tofu and so on. Soups and pastas are great for when you come…

I've been there a bunch of times as a vegan, although never gluten free. But they've always been very helpful and willing to do substitutions to make sure I can eat the food. A question I have concerning the rules of this challenge: What is the take on cheat…

Oh, I would like some inspiration as well! Pita bread with veggies (cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes, grated carrot etc.) and hummus is simple and makes a good meal. I also love avocado soup, you can make it both raw and cooked fairly simple. Raw version: Mix up some avocado, cucumber and spinache with water, lemon juice and…

Wow, you are so right! I make so many excuses for not getting outside. But in all fairness, it is harder to run in -10 degrees (i get asthmatic like breathing after about 30 sec). And the worst part, I don't even go out walking, except on weekends. Because I do not feel comfortable walking by myself through the parks where…

Hey, vegetarian since 10 years here. Well, aside from the obvious, that she should eat protein, b12 (if she eats dairy she should be good), vitamin D and iron, here's how I work: I never crave meat. However, I do crave dishes that contain meat, usually things from my childhood. Things I remember my parents used to cook,…
