Some of the stuff you listed is easier to get the wrong calorie count. Counts for processed foods I think can be off by something like 15%. So if you measure slightly off, and the calories are 15% higher than posted, you can quickly remove your deficit. When you drink the creamer and milk, do you measure it?

I hate going to the gym, but luckily, there are many other ways to get exercise. Hiking, canoeing, walking, running, swimming, body weight exercises, my home gym, jumping rope, playing basketball, volleyball, etc, and may more, are all ways you can get exercise that don't in any way have to involve me stepping into a gym.

I don't understand yes or no here. Necessary...If you like coffee, drink it. If you put a day's worth of calories in your coffee a day though, you may need to take it easy though.

Maybe you could go to a hospital where your doctor doesn't have admitting privileges? I don't think they can turn you away when you are in labor. Pretend you were out doing something when you went into labor and had to go to the closest hospital?

It happens. Your body is holding fluids to repair your muscles from their new stress. Make sure you take proper rest days, keep stretching, and the water weight will go away soon (could be days or weeks, but it will go away). Then you'll start losing weight. Don't change anything now!

OP - are there any foods that you used to really enjoy, that really made you happy? Could you try adding some of those into your diet to help with calories? Your 6 year old should be fine, but I would ask your pediatrician about your 18 month old. I know under 12 months, too much protein can cause bloody stool. I'm not sure how much that changes as they get older.
