It was one of the only work outs that I didn't hate! I didn't track my loss that time, but it made me feel and look more toned, and I felt it kicking my *kitten* daily! I stayed on a level until I was really ready to move forward, just a thought. Rock it girl!! You're going to love it!

I agree!! I have been back and forth for over 6 years! The first time I was serious I lost 40 lbs. If you are ready and stick to it, you can do it!! I've been good now for going on 3 weeks, and I have lost 2 lbs. slow and steady. Glad to hear you are back! Feel free to add me! :)

I have the same question! Thank you for posting!! I do have to say that normally I don't count the sugar like you said in a fruit as high as I would the snacks! But it does seem low to me, and I feel like I alwasy go over on protein, do you have the same issue?

Go once a week on your weight day as a treat. I use my favorites as incentives. I love me a Mocha Frap no whip from Starbucks, and that is a TREAT only :)
