I wouldn't say 'big' but I signed up for a 5K in the summer. I can barely run 30 seconds without having to stop so this is a good first step for me.

While I agree with everyone here that the cleanse isn't necessarily healthy, I actually enjoy it as a jump start. I always feel the need to do something drastic in order to get myself motivated.
