I would say go for it, but try to avoid overly sugary mixed drinks (margaritas, Irish Trashcans, etc..) and opt more for beer or straight liquor. A 120z bottle of beer and a shot of hard liquor contain about 120 and 80 calories respectively.... Just enjoy in moderation and you should be fine.

I always subtract 20 percent from the cardio machine read outs...its a good bit more accurate. Either way if youre drenched in sweat afterward, youre doing it right.

Honestly, ive been averaging about 2000 per day the past two weeks. I eat a bit more some days than others basically to not feel deprived. So far results are good!

Right now, im eating about 1600 a day. I go over sometimes but have mostly stayed under my goal.
