fruit to curb my demonic chocolate/ice cream consumption.
I work out a lot and fluctuate quite a bit. I know mainly my weight gains are caused by overreating and my love of Reeses cups, ice cream, brownies, etc. I also like fruit and hoping the natural sugars will help me ween off to a much healthier alternative.

MFP has set my calorie goal for weight loss at 2410 calories daily. I registered my activity level as active since I work on my feet 8 hour work days, gym at least 4 days a week, and work in random walks when available. sugar free low calorie hot chocolate.
I came up with this awhile back and thought it was pretty good. 1Cup unsweetened Almond Breeze 1/4 tbls vanilla extract 1/2 tbls baking choco 1/4 cup raw Stevia.
