  • I read that a light carb is best as a bedtime snack (just like some parents give their infants cereal to sleep through the night - I disagree with it, but people do it) ... so I usually eat a small bowl of cereal (a high fiber, low sugar kind).
  • Love it! Love that you do something different everyday and it goes so quickly...getting a full workout in in just 20 minutes on most days.
