Thank you :). I am taking melatonin, bendryl, or valarien root LOL....oh and Kava Kava. I have always had trouble sleeping off and on but with him gone...every noise and I am jumping. I know there is no reason to be so jumpy but cant seem to beat it.

I know it is so hard. I know all about the hanging stomach from kids. I had 2 c-sections and then 2 more surgeries on my stomach. I am 5'1 and my current weight is 155. I am looking to weight 115.....seems like that is so far to go and it moves so slow. I keep reminding myself to just take it 1 day at a time. Always looking for friends here :)

Try to focus more on what you are eating. Really watch the overall nutritional value. You can eat low calorie foods, but not all of them are the healthiest. Keep your protein high and sugars low. :)

I tried and it gave it the benefit of the doubt with a second bottle. I was hoping it would help if just a little but personally I saw no benefit in it at all. It may very well work for some people, but I can say for sure it did nothing for me.
