That is where we just went and we ate way too much!! I was going to do the healthy snacks but then decided to just go with it and enjoy myself. I mean seriously Cafe Du Monde with their beignets and cafe au lait!? Deliciousness!!!

If there are bottled flavors that we enjoy I try to find a healthier alternative. Usually trying to make it myself. It's fun and gives me some experience and what not.

Non-drinker here but calories are calories. It is putting something in you that you need to burn off. So LOG IT!! I did this at the beginning of the year. Began cutting out as much sugar as I could. Especially in drinks. It was hard at first but it got a lot easier and I felt a lot better. If the marinade is complicated and has a lot of ingredients that I know add calories I make a new recipe. It just seems easier that way to me.

I usually have 200ish but I am trying to make it a bigger meal so that my evening meal isn't so large. Just not much of a breakfast eater and it is a hard habit to break.
