Hi, I'm 5'1 and 155lbs. My GW is 125lbs. I've lost 60 lbs in the past few years and went from very limited exercise to an active lifestyle and tracking my daily calories. I've had a bit of a plateau in the past 4 months and have recently joined this site to get back on track!

I'm 38 turning 39 this year....my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the time I reach 40. I've lost 60 lbs in the past 3 years and have another 25-30 to go. I'm now a runner, soccer player, ice skating mom of 3...excited about life after 40!!
